The Marketing/Leasing Manager will develop and manage marketing strategies, materials, and programs for the existing Galaxy portfolio and retail development projects. This person will work alongside the management, development and leasing team to target prospective tenants and brokers and also will be required to handle general office duties (phone, mail, etc.) as well.
+ Experience in marketing and social networking
+ Comfort and professional demeanor while engaging via email, phone and in person with prospective tenants/clients, as well as with third-party vendors
+ Must have a strong communication skills
+ Knowledge of commercial real estate industry
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Take the lead with writing, designing, developing and distributing various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, email marketing programs, flyers, social media channels and website content and continual updates to the website
+ Perform editorial functions, including developmental editing, copy editing, proofreading and fact checking
+ Assist with industry events, and trade shows
+ Contribute to team-wide/corporate marketing initiatives that are integral to the company
+ Email blasts to potential tenants
+ Graphic work in conjunction with marketing and design for brochures, website, etc.
